Global hospitality company Hyatt Hotel has unveiled plans to introduce its Hyatt House brand in the Indian city of Noida.

The new 127-room Hyatt House Noida Sector 140A is owned by CRC Group subsidiary IT Infrastructure Park and a part of a mixed-use development known as the Flagship.

With the property designed to serve business travellers, the company reports that the area is experiencing a surge in corporate activity with growth in IT/ITeS, electronics manufacturing, automobile, and food processing industries.

Hyatt India and Southwest Asia development vice president Dhruva Rathore said: “Hyatt House Noida Sector 140A, a vibrant and contemporary extended-stay hotel, will offer the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and a sense of community. Ideally situated in Noida’s commercial hub, this property is set to be a top choice for business travellers, expatriates, and families seeking a seamless home-away-from-home experience.

Designed to accommodate both short-term and extended-stay guests, the hotel will offer contemporary, residential-style accommodations suitable for project-based stays, corporate relocations, and international business visitors.

This announcement follows Hyatt’s recent expansion in India, as the company reached a management agreement with Krivish Hospitality to introduce the Grand Hyatt brand in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
