A Hyatt Hotels affiliate has signed a management agreement with Shah Lagoo Properties for a new hotel in Sangli in the Indian state of Maharashtra.

The Hyatt Place brand hotel will form part of SL Highstreet, a mixed-use development that also includes office and retail spaces.

The planned hotel will offer 115 guestrooms and amenities such as 24/7 dining facilities, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre.

The venue will also include event spaces suitable for meetings and conferences.

The new hotel is the latest addition to Hyatt’s portfolio in India, as the company continues to grow its presence in areas marked by increased business activity.

Hyatt Place hotels provide round-the-clock conveniences and services aimed at travellers who require flexible arrangements.
