Hyatt Hotels and JUEL Hospitality have signed a franchise agreement for the construction of a hotel in St Julian’s, Malta.
Named Hyatt Centric Malta, the 160-room facility is anticipated to become operational by next year.
The new hotel will be the second Hyatt property of Hyatt in Malta and the seventh of its kind in Europe.
Located at a walking distance from the bay’s beaches, Hyatt Centric Malta is also just 20 minutes from the nation’s capital Valletta, a UNESCO world heritage centre.
The St Julian’s-based hotel will feature a meeting space of nearly 4,300ft² spread across two well-furnished rooms.
The facility will also have dining services, a rooftop terrace offering local delicacies in addition to an indoor and outdoor pool and a fitness centre.
