
The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has signed an agreement with Just Perfect Resorts Goa for the launch of a new SeleQtions hotel in Anjuna, Goa.
The 51-key resort will comprise the transformation of an existing standalone property, with various amenities.
The IHCL SeleQtions Anjuna offers views of the Arabian Sea and proximity to local landmarks such as Chapora Fort and Albuquerque Mansion.
The hotel will feature an array of dining options and recreational facilities such as a swimming pool and a gym.
IHCL real estate and development executive vice-president Suma Venkatesh said: “Goa, with its vast and scenic coastline, remains one of India’s most sought-after travel destinations. It continues to witness growing demand for experiential stays in distinctive locations like Anjuna.”

This hotel signing follows the launch of Naukuchia House – IHCL SeleQtions in Uttarakhand in February 2025.
IHCL has also recently made strides in adopting renewable energy across its properties.
The company’s Paathya ESG+ framework has achieved a milestone in the 2024-2025 financial year, with 51 of its hotels now utilising clean energy sources, and 13 of them operating entirely on renewable energy.
