It is the seventh property for IHCL in Uttarakhand, with two under development.

IHCL managing director and chief executive officer Puneet Chhatwal said: “Known as the Yoga Capital of the world, Rishikesh is an eclectic mix of culture and adventure, attracting tourists from around the world for decades.

Earlier this year, IHCL partnered with real estate firm Ambuja Neotia Group to open 33-room Raajkutir under its SeleQtions brand in Kolkata, West Bengal.
