India’s hospitality company Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has entered a strategic alliance with Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels, a recent acquisition of the Ambuja Neotia Group.

This partnership will see Tree of Life’s collection of 14 boutique resorts integrated into IHCL’s extensive marketing and distribution network.

Established in 2009, Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels operates in 14 destinations such as Mussoorie, Dared, Naggar, Udaipurwati, Kumaon, and Binsar.

Starting 1 March 2024, Tree of Life’s resorts will be bookable through IHCL’s distribution channels. This move is part of IHCL’s broader strategy to expand its leisure offerings.

Ambuja Neotia Group chairman Harshavardhan Neotia said: “We are pleased to grow our partnership with IHCL and leverage their vast marketing and distribution network to draw domestic and inbound travellers to these destinations.

“Tree of Life Resorts & Hotels addresses the niche trend of experiential stays which is a fast-emerging travel trend.

The latest expansion extends IHCL’s global reach across four continents, 13 countries, and more than 100 locations.

IHCL said it has surpassed its market guidance by achieving a milestone of over hotels, including 90 that are currently under development.
