IHG Hotels & Resorts has debuted its Holiday Inn Express & Suites brand in Australia with the opening of new property in Sunshine Coast.
The new-build hotel is a partnership between Pro-invest Hotels and IHG.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites Sunshine Coast has 181 guest rooms and suites featuring high-speed Wi-Fi, study nooks, and the brand’s signature ‘Express Recharge’ concept.
Each of the 41 one-bedroom suites feature full-services facilities including a kitchenette, small living area with sofa bed and pod coffee machines.
The hotel offers complimentary Express Start Breakfast with both hot and cold options, as well as choice of the Express Start Breakfast Grab & Go.
Other guest amenities include heated rooftop pool, round-the-clock reception with express check in and check out, a fitness facility, self-service laundry, and onsite secure parking.
