IHG Hotels and Resorts has signed a management agreement in partnership with NR Greenwood Construction for the Staybridge Suites Bengaluru Thanisandra in India.

The 170-room hotel will debut in the ‘Silicon Valley of India’, Bengaluru and is expected to be operational in the first quarter of 2023.

The hotel benefits from a strategic location and will be in close proximity to the Manyata Tech Park.

IHG’s upscale extended stay hotel brand Staybridge Suites provides amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen in suites, a dedicated outdoor space, among others.
