IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a deal with multi-activity real estate and investment company the Al Jumaiah Group to introduce two brands, Holiday Inn & Suites and Staybridge Suites, in Taif, Saudi Arabia.

The dual signing will add 280 rooms. Both hotels are set to open in late 2025.

Staybridge Suites Taif and Holiday Inn & Suites Taif will offer views and amenities, and will be part of IHG’s loyalty programme, IHG One Rewards. 

Elevating Taif’s hospitality scene

Taif, a key destination in Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, is experiencing growth in tourism and hospitality. Vision 2030 lays out targets for diversification and improving competitiveness.

IHG’s move aligns with the Saudi government’s investment in infrastructure to meet accommodation demand.

Al Jumaiah Group’s vision for hospitality
