IHG Hotels & Resorts has entered a management agreement with Embrassio Hotels & Resorts, the hospitality arm of Vrindara Group, to develop Holiday Inn Mathura.
The hotel is to feature 115 rooms and suites, three dining options including an all-day restaurant, bar and lobby lounge, and five meeting and event spaces.

The property will also offer a fitness centre and swimming pool. The opening is scheduled for early 2030.
Vrindara Group managing director Krishna Kumar Sharma said: “We are pleased to partner with IHG Hotels & Resorts to bring Holiday Inn to Mathura.

The signing adds to IHG’s development pipeline in India.
The company currently operates 52 hotels across brands such as InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza, voco Hotels and Holiday Inn Express, and has 98 more properties due to open in the next three to five years.
