IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) has agreed to a deal with Indonesian real estate developer PT Raka Eka Makmur to launch Hotel Indigo Yogyakarta.
Slated to open in 2029, the property will comprise 180 guest rooms.

Planned on-site amenities include an all-day dining venue, a rooftop terrace and bar, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, and a spa.
The development will also house approximately 740m2 of dedicated event and conference facilities, consisting of a ballroom alongside several meeting rooms.
PT Raka Eka Makmur president director Ronny Pallar said: “We are pleased to partner with IHG to introduce Hotel Indigo to Yogyakarta.

This development represents IHG’s entry into the city of Yogyakarta while broadening its Luxury & Lifestyle footprint in Indonesia.
The group currently oversees three operational Hotel Indigo sites across the country, with six additional properties under development in locations including Bali, Jakarta, and Lombok.
Overall, IHG manages 35 hotels across nine distinct brands in Indonesia, supported by a pipeline of 13 future openings.
