In a strategic move to enhance voco’s presence in Australasia, IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a partnership with leading Sydney developer ALAND to introduce voco Gosford in early 2025. 

This marks the seventh voco property in the region.

Archibald by ALAND development

Situated in New South Wales, voco Gosford will be a focal point of the Archibald by ALAND development, spanning 5,656m².

The mixed-use precinct will feature 320 residential apartments, a 130-room hotel and a selection of hospitality venues. 

Design and amenities

The new property is designed with a focus on cosmopolitan offerings. voco Gosford’s hotel will boast guest rooms up to 41m² and executive suites up to 54m².

Guests can anticipate views of the Central Coast, along with a diverse hospitality experience including a street-level pub and pizzeria, a rooftop sky bar and lounge on level 28, and a signature restaurant. Other features include a wellness centre and a total of 610m² in conference and events facilities.
