IHG Hotels & Resorts’ Crowne Plaza hotel brand is set to open a new property in Istanbul, strengthening its presence in Türkiye and enhancing its premium collection.
The hotel will be developed in collaboration with Artas Turizm Isletmeciligi Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Sirketi.

The new Crowne Plaza Istanbul West is a short drive from commercial hubs such as the Tuyap Exhibition and Fair Centre, Ambarli Port, and the Beylikduzu Industrial Zone.
Additionally, the hotel is situated near Buyukcekmece Beach, offering guests leisure options.
The hotel will feature a wellness centre, including a spa and fitness room, alongside an all-day dining restaurant and bar.
Crowne Plaza Istanbul West is also designed to host events, with several meeting spaces suitable for both social gatherings and large corporate functions.

This development is part of Crowne Plaza’s expanding European portfolio, which includes 110 properties that are either open or in the pipeline. This addition also contributes to the 17 Crowne Plaza hotels in development across Europe and 140 worldwide.
IHG currently operates 33 hotels across five brands in Türkiye, with Crowne Plaza Istanbul West set to be the ninth Crowne Plaza in Istanbul.
Notably, the company signed its first Garner in Istanbul Arnavutköy in September 2024 and the Vignette Collection in Istanbul Karaköy in November 2024, enhancing its Essentials, and Luxury and Lifestyle portfolios, respectively.
