“Storii Assagao will seamlessly blend the essence of the locale with the brand’s focus on personalised service and memorable guest experiences. We are delighted to partner with Ananda Hospitality Services Private Limited on this exciting project.”
The agreement adds to ITC Hotels’ footprint in Goa across its brands and aligns with its plan to expand in leisure destinations.
Ananda Hospitality Services will develop the property.
Ananda Hospitality Services partners Purshottam Sharma and Dilip Sharma said: “Assagao has steadily evolved into one of Goa’s most sought-after hospitality destinations, attracting travellers looking for enjoyable and well-curated stays.
“We are pleased to collaborate with ITC Hotels and look forward to creating a hospitality offering that reflects the unique appeal of the region while delivering exceptional guest experiences.”
Meanwhile, last month, ITC Hotels signed a management agreement for Welcomhotel Dehradun Selaqui in Uttarakhand, India.
That project represented the second Welcomhotel signing in Dehradun.
The Dehradun hotel is set to have 117 guest rooms and suites, an all-day restaurant, a rooftop speciality outlet and a lounge bar.
