
UAE-based luxury hospitality brand Jannah Hotels & Resorts has implemented the Shiji Enterprise Platform into its operations, in a strategic move to bolster its digital infrastructure.
This move to a comprehensive, cloud-based property management system (PMS) by Shiji aims to improve the group’s operational efficiency, sustainability, and guest satisfaction.
The integration of this advanced platform addresses previous limitations posed by disjointed technological solutions.
The new system is also expected to play a crucial role in sustaining Jannah Hotels & Resorts’ dedication to personalised service.

The platform’s application programming interface (API)-first infrastructure boasts more than 1,200 API endpoints, facilitating access to data for integration, custom applications, and system tailoring.
According to Shiji, its event-driven architecture enhances the scalability, resilience, and agility of the technology stack.
Jannah Hotels & Resorts, rooted in Bedouin hospitality principles, specialises in “affordable” luxury within the Halal segment. It caters to both visitors and residents in the UAE.
With a portfolio that includes six properties across Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Ras Al Khaimah, Jannah offers more than 908 rooms and 118 villas, catering to a range of guest preferences.
The first property to implement the Shiji Enterprise Platform is the Jannah Executive Hotel Apartments in Abu Dhabi.
