JUFA Hotels will introduce Shiji’s Daylight property management system (PMS) with Amadeus iHotelier across more than 60 properties, as part of a staged technology upgrade due to run from this month to the end of 2026.
The move is intended to update its systems by combining a cloud-based property management platform from Shiji with Amadeus’ central reservations system (CRS), iHotelier.

The aim is to bring operations together, align processes across the estate and support guest services across different formats.
According to Shiji’s announcement, the hotel’s previous technology setup was no longer sufficient to meet the business’s growing operational and technical needs.
Daylight PMS will be used to manage and configure systems across the portfolio from a central point while still allowing for the needs of individual hotels.
The system’s cloud structure, configuration options, guest profile features and privacy-led design suited its range of operating models and data requirements.
Alongside this, Amadeus’ iHotelier will handle reservations and distribution, covering both direct and indirect sales channels.
The link between the two systems is expected to connect hotel operations with reservations and distribution, reduce complexity and improve booking processes and consistency across the group.
JUFA Hotels investor Michael Blaschitz said: “As our portfolio has grown, we needed technology partners that could support our operational complexity while helping us maintain the welcoming, community-focused experiences our guests value.
“The combined strength of Shiji and Amadeus technology, together with the seamless integration, made Daylight PMS and iHotelier the right solutions to support our long-term strategy.”
