The joint venture (JV) between Siamese Asset and Kew Green Management Company has announced the opening of a new Wyndham hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.

Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok Sukhumvit 87 is located in the business district of Sukhumvit.

The new property represents the third Wyndham hotel to be delivered by the JV. It also marks the expansion of Kew Green Hotels into South East Asia.

The JV is set to deliver a total of seven properties in Bangkok, four of which are under the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand umbrella.

Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok Sukhumvit 87 hotel offers 120 rooms and suites, a rooftop garden bar, and an outdoor swimming pool.

Pasto Restaurant at the hotel is located on the first floor and caters continental breakfast and Italian cuisines for lunch and dinner.

Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok Sukhumvit 87 is 19km from Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and 32km from Don Mueang International Airport (DMK) and is walking distance from Century Plaza mall and the BTS Skytrain On Nut station.

The hotel location, Sukhumvit, is known for high-end shopping and dining destinations and nightlife.

In December last year, the company opened Wyndham Queen Convention Centre and Wyndham Garden Sukhumvit 42. Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Sukhumvit 48 is slated to open next month.
