UK-based hotel management company Kew Green Hotels is set to form a joint venture (JV) with Siamese Asset to expand its presence in the South East Asian market.
Together, the companies will form a new entity called Siamese and Kew Green Management Company Thailand, which will launch seven properties from the first quarter of next year.
Four hotels will be launched under the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand umbrella, and another three are in the pipeline in Bangkok, Thailand.
Additionally, Kew Green Hotels plans to launch a Commercial Hub for Southeast Asia in Bangkok, to support its continued increasing footprint across the globe.

The four hotels launching in the heart of Bangkok next year are the Wyndham Queen Convention Centre Hotel & Residences and Wyndham Garden Sukhumvit 42 each offering 120 rooms, Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Sukhumvit 48, which offers 100 rooms and the 85-room Ramada by Wyndham Sukhumvit 87.
The Wyndham Queen Convention Centre Hotel & Residences will offers amenities including rooftop gardens, a sky lounge, infinity pool, restaurant, executive lounge and an expansive fitness room.
Located in the heart of Ekkamai, Wyndham Garden Sukhumvit 42 will provide a rooftop garden, a restaurant, a Kafeology coffee bar on the terrace, swimming pool, spa and gym.
Amenities to be offered by Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Sukhumvit 48 include a sky bar, restaurant, bar lounge and spa, a swimming pool and gardens.
Ramada by Wyndham Sukhumvit 87, which provides access to shopping malls and entertainment in the Ekkamai area, will offer a dedicated yoga room, rooftop gardens, a swimming pool and Kafeology coffee bar.
