The dual-branded property’s ground-breaking is scheduled for mid-2025, with an anticipated completion date of January 2027.

This marks another joint venture between LaPour and Holualoa, following their successful partnership on the Marriott AC Biltmore.

Holualoa Companies chief investment officer Aroon Chinai said: “We are thrilled to partner with LaPour on another exceptional project that reflects our shared commitment to creating distinctive hospitality properties.

“This dual-branded hotel will not only elevate hospitality offerings in CityNorth but also contribute to the vibrant growth of North Phoenix.”

The hotel’s amenities will include a saline pool, AC Lounge, Element Rise, outdoor fireplaces, a barbecue area, suites with balconies, a sundry market, AC Kitchen, and guest laundry facilities.

In line with sustainability goals, the project will also feature EV chargers and aims to achieve GreenKey Certification.

CityNorth’s master plan outlines more than two million square feet of office space, approximately 3,400 multi-family units, 1,000 hotel rooms, and a variety of retail and dining venues.
