BPR Properties has appointed US-based LBA Hospitality to take on full management responsibilities for its entire hotel portfolio.

BPR Properties, which has historically developed and self-managed its hotels, has worked closely with LBA Hospitality for more than 10.5 years.

This move further bolsters the 15-year collaborative relationship between the two companies.

Throughout this partnership, LBA has provided support in various areas such as hotel openings, revenue management, and operational improvements.

LBA Hospitality president Beau Benton said: “We are honoured to have built the trust with BPR Properties to assume full management responsibilities for their portfolio. Our longstanding relationship, shared values, proven operational expertise, and ability to drive topline revenue uniquely position us to elevate the success of these properties.

“Together, our objective is to deliver unparalleled guest experiences while optimising overall operational results.”

BPR Properties co-founder and CEO Bhupen Patel said: “Making the decision to transition to third-party management was not an easy one.

“However, when considering LBA Hospitality’s associate-focused culture, commitment to training, and their demonstrated development of leaders, the choice to have them assume full management responsibilities for our properties was an easy one.”

In the last three months, LBA Hospitality is noted to have incorporated eight additional hotels from BPR Properties into its management portfolio, doubling the total to 16.

The list of BPR Properties hotels managed by LBA includes Hampton Inn Statesboro, Home 2 Suites Statesboro, Residence Inn Winston Salem and more.

Looking ahead, BPR Properties has a development pipeline that will also fall under LBA’s management.

LBA Hospitality intends to apply its industry knowledge and resources to foster further growth and success for BPR Properties’ portfolio.

Last December, LBA Hospitality assumed management of Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville-Turkey Creek/Farragut in Tennessee, US.
