US-based LBA Hospitality has assumed management of Hampton Inn & Suites Knoxville-Turkey Creek/Farragut in Tennessee, US.

Recently acquired by 3H Group of Chattanooga, the hotel marks the 25th property managed by LBA in partnership with 3H Group.

The four-storey property has 105 rooms and suites with a microwave, coffeemaker, and mini-refrigerator. It caters to both leisure and business travellers.

It also includes a meeting room spanning 528ft², an outdoor swimming pool, and a 24/7 fitness centre. It offers a hot breakfast and free Wi-Fi to guests.

The hotel is situated at 11340 Campbell Lakes Drive, 20 minutes from downtown Knoxville and 17 miles from McGhee Tyson Airport.

It is within a short drive of the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame, Knoxville Convention Centre, and East Tennessee History Centre.

Last week, LBA Hospitality revealed the completion of renovation at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Ft Worth-Burleson in Texas, US.

The renovation work covered 88 guestrooms and suites, as well as the public spaces of the hotel.
