Impact Properties has selected US-based hotel management company LBA Hospitality to manage three hotels in Florida.

The properties are Hyatt Place Tampa Wesley Chapel, Residence Inn by Marriott Jacksonville South/Bartram Park, and Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Jacksonville South-Bartram Park.

They added 357 guest rooms to LBA’s portfolio of more than 100 properties.

Residence Inn by Marriott Jacksonville South/Bartram Park offers 122 suites and has an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and 483ft² of meeting space.

The pet-friendly Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Jacksonville South-Bartram Park has 103 rooms.

It also includes an outdoor swimming pool, a business centre, a 24/7 fitness centre, and 912ft² of event space.

In September 2023, LBA Hospitality completed the revamp of Home2 Suites by Hilton Houston/Katy in Texas, US.

The renovation upgraded the property’s guestrooms and communal spaces to include all seating, wall treatments, flooring, lighting, and millwork.
