
Indian hotel chain Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a new property, Lemon Tree Hotel Valsad, Gujarat, in India.
The property is to be managed by Lemon Tree Hotels subsidiary Carnation Hotels and is scheduled to open in 2029.
The hotel will offer 46 rooms, two restaurants, a banquet hall, a meeting room, a swimming pool, a spa, and other public spaces.
It is located approximately 99km from Surat International Airport and 5km from Valsad railway station.
Known for its agricultural prominence, Valsad is particularly famous as a hub for Alphonso mangoes. Key attractions include Tithal Beach and the Udvada Zoroastrian fire temple, the oldest Parsi Agiyari with deep spiritual significance.
With rail and road connectivity to major cities such as Mumbai, Surat, and Ahmedabad, Valsad serves as an important commercial and cultural hub in Gujarat.

The brand’s presence spans Tier I, II, and III cities in India and extends to Dubai, Bhutan, and Nepal.
As of last month, Lemon Tree Hotels is also adding a new property in Mumbai, India. The hotel will also be managed by Carnation Hotels and is scheduled to open in 2026.
