With the addition of Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Jaipur, the company will have six hotels in the city. This figure includes three currently open and three planned properties.
According to the company, the move is intended to address ongoing demand associated with Jaipur’s cultural attractions, its popularity as a wedding destination, and its growing business sector.
Lemon Tree Hotels managing director Neelendra Singh said: “Scaling our footprint to six hotels in the Pink City reflects a deliberate strategy of building strong regional clusters in high-potential markets and reinforces our growing network across Rajasthan.
“The introduction of Keys Prima in Jaipur broadens our brand portfolio in the city with a distinct, upper-midscale lifestyle offering. Designed for India’s evolving class of experience-conscious yet value-driven travellers, it brings together contemporary rooms and vibrant interiors with thoughtful service and curated social spaces.”
The new hotel is situated on Swarna Bhoomi, Sirsi Road, near Sirsi Mode, Khatipura. It is approximately 20km from Jaipur International Airport and 11km from Jaipur Junction Railway Station.
The 88-room property is expected to provide a restaurant, banquet and conference spaces, a fitness centre, and modern public areas designed to appeal to both business and leisure guests.
The signing is in line with Lemon Tree Hotels’ stated asset-light expansion approach across key markets in India. The company reports that it is strengthening its presence not only in major cities but also in Tier II and emerging urban locations.
Lemon Tree Hotels currently operates more than 130 properties in over 80 cities in India, with plans for a further 130 properties in the international pipeline.
In March 2026, Lemon Tree Hotels signed a 76-room property in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, increasing the state portfolio to 26 hotels.
