Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a new 60-key property in Mussoorie in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.

The new Lemon Tree Hotel, Mussoorie is set to launch in 2025.

It will feature a host of amenities such as restaurants, meeting spaces, a heated swimming pool, fitness centre, spa, recreation room, and various public areas.

Situated in the foothills of the Himalayas, Mussoorie is known as the Queen of the Hills and is positioned at an elevation of 2,000m above sea level.

According to biltrax media, Carnation Hotels, a subsidiary and the managerial entity of Lemon Tree Hotels, will oversee the operations of this new hotel.

The new property will be around 30km away from the Jolly Grant Airport in Dehradun and at a distance of 28km from the Dehradun railway station. It is also said to be well-connected by roadways.

With an upcoming pipeline, the company aims to operate approximately 10,450 rooms in 106 hotels.

In October 2023, Lemon Tree Hotels signed a franchise agreement for a new property, Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels, Vadodara, in Gujarat, India.

Set to open in 2026, the hotel will feature 45 rooms and amenities such as a restaurant, fitness facility, and meeting room.
