Hospitality company Leonardo Hotels Central Europe has opened the repositioned Leonardo Hannover Medical Park, combining two formerly separate hotels into a single 208-room property.

The hotel is located between the medical campus and a city park, close to the Eilenriede City Forest. Its updated concept includes a new interior design by Andreas Neudahm and other redesigning work in collaboration with TUI BLUE.

The hospitality company noted that the first section of the building comprises 112 rooms, where existing features that were in good condition have been retained and incorporated into the refurbishment, alongside selected furnishings, materials, and colours.

The second section contains 96 rooms, designed with light furnishings, bright colour schemes, and high-quality fabrics to create a more spacious atmosphere.

Public spaces have also been updated. The bar, restaurant, and breakfast area have been redesigned, while the reception has been renewed with new furniture.

Restaurant capacity has increased, and the co-working and conference facilities in the second part of the building have been remodelled.

Additional amenities include an outdoor pool, gym, and mini-market.

Leonardo Hotels Central Europe managing director Yoram Biton said: “The Leonardo Hannover Medical Park shows just how an existing hotel can be repositioned in a contemporary way.

“Business travellers will find everything they need for a productive stay, regardless of whether they are attending a trade fair, an appointment in Hanover or indeed an in-house meeting. We are particularly pleased about the cooperation agreement with TUI BLUE.

“This makes the connection to our direct neighbour, the TUI Campus, clearly visible in the hotel. I would like to thank the entire team, Andreas Neudahm and all our partners.”
