This alliance will see the Marriott Design Lab being used for research and development of technology products and services.
The aim is help hotels incorporate such services that can lower their expenses and energy consumption as well as improve their operational efficiency.
The lab will also involve a variety of LG product categories to enhance hotels’ various aspects including operations and guest technologies.
This is expected to translate into customer loyalty and reinforce LG’s position as a technology leader in the hospitality space.
