US-based hotel management company Life House has been chosen to operate three more boutique hotels in Texas.
These properties are Hotel Dryce in Fort Worth, The Flats at St. Mary in San Antonio and a third property to be revealed soon.
According to Life House, the owners of Hotel Dryce and The Flats at St. Mary preferred an experienced independent hotel operator to oversee day-to-day operations and allow them to concentrate on development projects.
Life House is said to help owners maintain brand identity, increase profit through technology-enabled management and maximise performance while keeping the hotel’s local flavour.
It also has a track record of providing an appealing guest experience and earning high profits.
Hotel Dryce, owned by Jonathan Morris and Allen Mederos, is located near Fort Worth’s Cultural District and was recently built with local craftsmanship in view.
