LivAway Suites, an economy extended-stay hotel brand in the US, has named Cloud5 Communications as its strategic communications partner.

Cloud5 Communications will provide guest relations and general reservations support to the hospitality brand’s portfolio of properties.

It will enhance guests’ experiences across LivAway Suites’ properties through its voice reservations and guest relations services.

Cloud5 Communications’ contact centre services include group support, loyalty programmes, guest relations, reputation management and more.
