These technologies will provide guests with 24/7 touchless check-ins as well, as digital room keys through a digital guest engagement platform.

The collaboration will also provide developers with operational efficiencies and the potential to increase revenue through cross-sale opportunities in the check-in process, as well as many other tools available through the app.

LivAway Suites chief operating officer Kevin Dailey said: “Contactless technology is a boon for our industry and our partnership with Virdee provides a seamless digital guest service solution through mobile, kiosk and online – at the same time offering additional revenue streams and reducing operational costs at each LivAway Suites hotel.

“Our partnership with Virdee doubles down on our commitment of being the most tech-forward brand in our segment because our guest deserves better.”
