LBA Hospitality president Beau Benton said: “3H Group and LBA Hospitality have built valuable experience introducing new Hilton brands and operating hotels designed for today’s extended-stay traveller.

“Pensacola’s year-round demand from military, higher education, healthcare, business and leisure travelers makes this an excellent market for LivSmart Studios, and we are proud to continue growing the brand alongside 3H Group and Hilton.”

The company noted that LivSmart Studios by Hilton is designed for guests staying ten nights or longer.

The hotel provides access to Pensacola International Airport, the University of West Florida, Naval Air Station Pensacola, downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach.

The hotel is led by general manager Cody Beck, with dual sales manager Shayla Fisher. It includes the brand’s apartment-style studios with fully equipped kitchens.

On-site amenities include free Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, guest laundry facilities, electric vehicle charging and pet-friendly options.

Beck said: “Our team is excited to welcome guests to LivSmart Studios and provide a comfortable, practical home base for anyone spending more time in Pensacola.

“This market welcomes visitors throughout the year, and our hotel is designed to make longer stays feel easier.”

The Pensacola site is the fourth hotel to open under the brand, which continues to expand across the US with additional properties planned for this year and beyond.

It also marks the second LivSmart Studios property developed by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality.

The partners are also preparing to launch another LivSmart Studios in Huntsville, Alabama, later this year.
