Vacation rental management platform Lodgify has appointed Shaun Shirazian as its new CEO to lead the company’s next phase of growth and innovation.

Shirazian succeeds co-founder and former CEO Dennis Klett, who will now serve as a non-executive board member and continue to support the long-term strategy of the company.

He brings a wealth of experience from his time in senior roles within the SaaS and technology sectors and served as chief product officer at Pipedrive recently, after holding significant positions at Intuit and Procter & Gamble.

As Lodgify’s CEO, Shirazian’s focus will be on expanding the platform’s market presence, enhancing product offerings, and enabling hosts globally to achieve greater success with its property management system.

Shirazian said: “Lodgify has made it possible for small and mid-sized vacation rental hosts to access powerful tools that were once only available to large property management companies.

“As the short-term rental industry evolves with changing traveller preferences, new regulations, and the advancement of AI, it’s more important than ever for these hosts to have the right tools at their fingertips. I’m honoured to join such a talented team to build on Lodgify’s success and continue delivering the best PMS platform for hosts worldwide.”

Since its inception in 2012, Lodgify has become a trusted property management system (PMS) platform for hosts in more than 100 countries.

Klett said: “Hosts who operate one or a few properties are the backbone of the vacation rental industry, and many still struggle with fragmented tools and complex operations. We started Lodgify with the core goal — to empower these independent hosts to easily manage and grow their businesses.

“Shaun’s customer-first mindset and deep expertise in product innovation make him the ideal leader to drive Lodgify’s next growth chapter, reinforcing our leading position.”

Joaquim Lechá is appointed as chairman of the board further strengthening Lodgify’s leadership.

With his extensive experience in scaling SaaS businesses, Lechá’s expertise will be invaluable in supporting Lodgify’s ongoing expansion and product development.
