Hotel operator Lodging Dynamics Hospitality has expanded its portfolio into Florida, US with new management contract for two hotels.

Lodging Dynamics will manage the seven-storey dual-branded Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Clearwater Beach hotels.

The dual-flag hotel was sold by Key International of Miami to Utah-based real-estate investment firm Dynamic City Capital. The deal closed last month.

Located at 309 Coronado Drive overlooking Clearwater Bay, the combined 140-suite Residence Inn and 115-suite SpringHill Suites hotels together have 255 rooms.

The hotel features studio, one, and two-bedroom suites, and a sundeck, as well as other guest amenities such as restaurant, bar, outdoor pool with coastal views and a full-service Starbucks.

The property also boasts 2,400ft2 of meeting space, 7,000ft2 retail space and a to-be-built 21-slip Marina.

Last month, Lodging Dynamics was selected to manage the Home2 Suites by Hilton Phoenix Avondale.
