Hotel operator Lodging Dynamics Hospitality has expanded its portfolio into Florida, US with new management contract for two hotels.
Lodging Dynamics will manage the seven-storey dual-branded Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Clearwater Beach hotels.
The dual-flag hotel was sold by Key International of Miami to Utah-based real-estate investment firm Dynamic City Capital. The deal closed last month.
Located at 309 Coronado Drive overlooking Clearwater Bay, the combined 140-suite Residence Inn and 115-suite SpringHill Suites hotels together have 255 rooms.
The hotel features studio, one, and two-bedroom suites, and a sundeck, as well as other guest amenities such as restaurant, bar, outdoor pool with coastal views and a full-service Starbucks.
The property also boasts 2,400ft2 of meeting space, 7,000ft2 retail space and a to-be-built 21-slip Marina.
The Residence Inn and SpringHill Suites by Marriott Clearwater Beach is 12 miles from St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and steps away from the beach and minutes from Clearwater Beach’s downtown area.
Lodging Dynamics president Jamie Caraher said: “We are thrilled hotel owners recognise the breadth of experience our team of experts brings on a national level. We are excited to welcome these beautiful water-front hotels into our management portfolio.”
This year, seven hotels have been added to Lodging Dynamics’ management portfolio.
Based in Provo, Utah, Lodging Dynamics manages major brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG premium-brand families across Western US and Hawaii.
Last month, Lodging Dynamics was selected to manage the Home2 Suites by Hilton Phoenix Avondale.
