Lodging Interactive, a digital marketing and social media engagement agency for the hospitality sector, has unveiled Commingle360.
The new service aims to convert the way hotels convert social media engagement into direct bookings and revenue.
Commingle360 addresses industry challenges by providing integrated solutions.
These ensure hotels capitalise on revenue opportunities during peak seasons and holidays.
It is designed to provide hotels with promotional landing pages for holidays and local events.
Lodging Interactive founder and CEO DJ Vallauri said: “Commingle360 enables properties to effectively market their promotions through socially connected landing pages, to convert social media posts into bookings.
“With our integrated technology approach and full account management services, hotels will always be ready to capture revenue from seasonal and local demand drivers regardless if their brand website enables them to do so or not.”
The landing pages are accessible through HoteLINK, a social media connector.
This service is designed to optimise the digital guest journey, by connecting social media interaction to on-site engagement through QR codes.
It also integrates seamlessly with the hotel’s own booking engine, thereby simplifying the reservation process.
Vallauri added: “We’ve developed Commingle360 to be the ultimate marketing partner for hotels looking to amplify their social media engagement efforts.
“From easy integration with existing marketing programmes, whether in-house or through third-party agencies, to providing QR codes for on-property guest engagement, Commingle360 is set to redefine how hotels generate revenue via social media platforms.”
The suite of solutions within Commingle360 extends to a wedding event lead generation module.
It generates request for proposal (RFP) leads directly from social media channels.
The integration of HoteLINK and social media marketing automation ensures that event RFPs are collected around the clock and forwarded to hotel sales teams, for personalised follow-up.
This comes after the company announced the launch of its affordable subscription-based website design and marketing services platform last October.
