Lords Hotels & Resorts has further expanded its portfolio by signing a new hotel in the Indian state of Rajasthan.

The company currently has six properties across the state in cities such as Jaipur, Udaipur, Jodhpur, and Nathdwara.

Lords Eco Inn Kota, located in Rajeev Gandhi Nagar locality of Kota, will have 40 rooms along with a multi-cuisine restaurant.

The hotel will also feature a gym, a spa, a conference room, and a banquet hall.

Lords Hotels & Resorts COO Pushpendra Bansal said: “We are delighted to expand our presence in Rajasthan. We look forward to exploring the burgeoning market in Kota, a significant educational hub and a key destination for both business and leisure.”

Lords Hotels & Resorts is a mid-segment hotel chain in India and Nepal, offering four categories of accommodations catering to both business and leisure travellers.

The categories are four-star property Lords Plaza, three-star hotel Lords Inn, economy hotel Lords Eco Inn, and upscale property Lords Resorts.

In September 2023, the company opened Lords Eco Inn Ambaji in Gujarat, India.

It also announced the launch of Kankidham Lords Inn in West Bengal in August.

Currently, the company has 60 hotels and resorts spanning 14 states and three countries.
