Madbury Real Estate Ventures has opened The Foreside Inn, a new boutique hotel in Kittery Foreside, Maine, US.
The property comprises 24 guest rooms across two buildings.

Room types include king rooms, double queen rooms and extended-stay suites with kitchenettes, catering to both short-term and long-term stays.
The inn is situated near Kittery Foreside, giving guests access to nearby restaurants, independent shops, art galleries and waterfront locations.
It is also within walking distance of downtown Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
The development was delivered by a local project team led by Winter Holben Design & Architecture, with Altus Engineering, Woodburn & Associates Landscape Design and JJ Welch Construction also involved.
In addition to owning The Foreside Inn, Madbury Real Estate Ventures holds hospitality interests in The Rockport House in Rockport and co-owns The Coach House Inn in Salem. Both properties are based in Massachusetts.
