Marriott International is bringing its design-led AC Hotels brand to southwest China for the first time with the opening of the AC Hotel Chengdu North.
Located in the city’s Jinniu District, the new hotel caters to business and leisure travellers seeking a stylish and convenient stay. Its proximity to public transportation and the airport provides easy access.

“The addition of the AC Hotels by Marriott brand to Chengdu underscores our dedication to expanding our global footprint, particularly in coveted leisure destinations like Chengdu,” said Matthew Boettcher, vice-president of the distinctive select brand portfolio, Marriott International, in a statement.
The hotel’s modern architecture reflects Sichuan brocade cultural heritage, blending seamlessly with the surrounding Phoenix Mountain sports park.
240 guest rooms have light-coloured wood floors, modern furniture, high-definition TVs, walk-in showers, high-speed Wi-Fi and AC Hotels’ signature lavender turndown service.
AC Hotel Chengdu North offers a variety of guest experiences. The all-day dining AC Kitchen serves Spanish-inspired dishes alongside local specialities.
