The Luxury Collection, a part of Marriott Bonvoy’s portfolio, has unveiled the 2,405-room Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, in Macao.
Strategically located amid Macao’s bustling entertainment and shopping hub, the new property is conveniently close to the airport and Taipa Ferry Terminal. Nearby cultural attractions include Senado Square and the Ruins of St Paul’s.
The hotel’s design, inspired by London’s Georgian architecture, is a work of Peter Silling & Associates, combining European elegance with modern comforts.
Its Paiza Grand private wing offers 313 suites and dedicated butler service.
The Luxury Collection vice-president and global brand leader Bruce Rohr said: “The opening of The Luxury Collection’s first hotel in Macao represents a significant milestone in our ongoing expansion across Greater China.
“Macao’s unique blend of rich heritage, dynamic culture, and modern luxury makes it an ideal destination for The Luxury Collection. This opening allows us to offer our global explorers and collectors an unparalleled opportunity to discover Macao’s captivating charm while enjoying the refined, immersive experiences that define our brand.”
Londoner Grand has five distinctive dining concepts and a Health Club equipped with the latest facilities and a Royal Pool complete with cabanas. Guests seeking relaxation can indulge in spa treatments that combine Eastern and Western practices across 15 serene rooms.
The hotel offers 14,323m² of event space, a 52,647ft² grand ballroom and 161 breakout rooms.
Earlier this month, The Luxury Collection expanded its portfolio in Europe with the addition of Casa Brera Hotel in Milan, Italy.
