Marriott International has opened the 100th Delta Hotels by Marriott property in Dubai Investment Park, marking a milestone in the brand’s journey.

The hotel boasts 248 guest rooms and suites and other amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, spa, and advanced fitness centre.

Dining venues include a full-service restaurant, Masian Restaurant & Bar, catering international cuisine and shisha, while The Hub offers Lavazza coffee beverages, premium baked goods and others.

The property also houses the brand’s signatures, Grab & Go and Delta Pantry as well as a Pool Bar.

Delta Hotels by Marriott, Dubai Investment Park offers three flexible meeting and conference spaces, including The Hall, which is soon to open for larger business meetings and corporate events.

The hotel is close to several attractions and business hubs in the city.

Marriott has three properties under this brand in the Middle East.

In 2023, the company plans to debut the Delta Hotels by Marriott brand in Naples in Italy, Dar es Salaam in Tanzania and in New York City.

Last year, the brand opened an all-suite 295-room property in Virginia Beach.
