Marriott International has signed an agreement with Townhouse Hotels to add eight hotels to its portfolio in the Netherlands.
As agreed, six properties will join Series by Marriott, marking the brand’s entry into the Dutch market. Two hotels will become part of Tribute Portfolio, Marriott’s collection of independent properties.

The agreement covers hotels in Amsterdam, Breda, The Hague, Maastricht, and Eindhoven, increasing the company’s total inventory by around 700 rooms.
Hotel Qbic WTC Amsterdam will be rebranded as Townhouse Amsterdam WTC, Series by Marriott. The 84-room hotel is located in Amsterdam’s Zuidas business district.
Townhouse The Hague, Series by Marriott, will offer 88 rooms near government institutions, international organisations, and cultural sites.
Three hotels will join the brand in Maastricht, offering 82, 55 and 79 rooms, respectively.
In Breda, Hotel Keyser will be rebranded as Townhouse Breda, Series by Marriott. The hotel will have 106 rooms.
Alongside, the portfolio will include 91-room The Ald Hotel The Hague, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel and 134-room Hotel Mariënhage, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel housed in a former monastery complex.

As of the second quarter of 2026, Marriott operates more than 30 properties across 12 brands in the Netherlands.
