Marriott International has entered into an agreement with FICO Corporation for seven hotels in Thailand, adding an anticipated 1,262 keys across Bangkok, Pattaya, and Phuket.

The agreement will lead to further growth for the JW Marriott brand and will bring citizenM, Four Points Flex by Sheraton, and Series by Marriott to Thailand for the first time.

JW Marriott Bangkok Sathorn, included in the agreement, is expected to offer 288 rooms, alongside sports and fitness facilities and a lifestyle hub focused on wellbeing.

The deal will also introduce citizenM Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 to Thailand. The 147-room hotel will feature technology-led services, contemporary design, and a food and beverage venue in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit district.

Four Points Flex by Sheraton will make its Thai debut with three hotels in Bangkok.

The properties include 162-key Four Points Flex by Sheraton Bangkok Sukhumvit 8 and 130-key Four Points Flex by Sheraton Bangkok Sukhumvit 14. The third property, Four Points Flex by Sheraton Bangkok Surawong, is expected to offer 201 keys.

All three hotels will be located near Bangkok’s BTS Skytrain network.

Marriott’s Series by Marriott collection brand is also due to debut in Thailand through two properties in resort locations.

Easy Planet North Pattaya, Series by Marriott, is expected to have 192 keys, while Easy Planet Phuket Patong, Series by Marriott, will include 142 rooms.
