US-based hotel management and services company Marshall Hotels & Resorts has assumed the management of five new properties in the country even as the country continues to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic.
The company will manage the 100-room Holiday Inn NW Houston Beltway 8, the 96-suite SpringHill Suites Winchester, the 74-room Hampton Inn Adel, the 114-room Hilton Garden Inn Riverhead and the 131-suite Residence Inn Long Island East End.
The hotels include new builds and returning clients in Texas, Virginia, Georgia and New York.
Marshall Hotels & Resorts president and CEO Mike Marshall said: “As the pandemic continues and travel remains at a trickle of what it previously was, owners require operators with the experience to weather these types of downturns.
“This marks our fourth, major economic crisis since our founding, which has given us tremendous insight into operating during unfavourable conditions.”
Holiday Inn NW Houston Beltway 8 is located at 3539 North Sam Houston West within the Antoine business district, surrounded by Fortune 500 companies such as Eaton, Amazon and General Electric. It has amenities including an on-site business centre, indoor pool and 24/7 fitness centre.
