MCR, a US-based hotel owner-operator, has acquired 139-room Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas/Henderson for undisclosed price.
This property is located less than 15 minutes from McCarran International Airport.
It is also a quick drive from the Las Vegas Strip.
The desert metropolis of Henderson is home to stars from Celine Dion to Mike Tyson and Marie Osmond.
Henderson offers upscale shopping, dining and recreation options, and is considered as the Beverly Hills of Nevada.
Henderson’s population has grew by 20% over the last decade. Over 50% of new arrivals to the city between 2013 and 2017 were from the Golden State, according to the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles.
City spokesperson Kathleen Richards said that Henderson is “one of the most vibrant and appealing cities in America.
“We offer fun and excitement with a relaxed attitude.”
Visitors can enjoy the natural scenery at Lake Mead’s Boulder Basin or Henderson’s 100-acre bird preserve.
They can also enjoy the links at one of Henderson’s 10 golf courses.
To buy souvenirs, visitors can head to Henderson’s Galleria.
The Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas/Henderson is located at 1340 West Warm Springs Road.
