Spanish hotel chain Meliá Hotels International has opened a new 431-room hotel in Frankfurt, Germany.

The Meliá Hotels & Resorts-brand location is situated in the new One Forty West tower between the districts of Westend and Bockenheim.

This is the first Meliá Hotels & Resorts branded location and fourth property of the Spanish hotel chain in the city.

The Meliá Frankfurt City hotel occupies floors 1 to 23 of the building. All the rooms and suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows to offer a view of the city skyline and the Taunus Mountains on the horizon.

The majority of the rooms have private balconies.

Additionally, the rooms are equipped with flat-screen TV, minibar, safe, high-speed Wi-Fi and air-conditioning.

The hotel also has a restaurant and bar on the 15th floor of the building as well as a separate fitness and wellness space. Meliá is working to open another dining venue specialising in international cuisine.
