Hotel owner and operator Minor Hotels has signed a partnership agreement with Bahrain real estate investment company Edamah to debut two hotel brands in Bahrain.

The Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain Resort and Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer Bahrain will be part of the new waterfront leisure mixed-use development Bilaj Al Jazayer.

The two properties will share a beach club located within the Bilaj Al Jazayer.

The new Avani and Tivoli hotels will feature 110 rooms each. They are slated to open doors in 2024.

In addition, the Avani Bilaj Al Jazayer boasts a meeting space, an all-day dining restaurant, a pool bar, an outdoor swimming pool and others.

Facilities at the Tivoli Bilaj Al Jazayer include two restaurants, two bars and a café, an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and more.

Minor Hotels has a network of 29 hotels and resorts in operation and in the pipeline in the Middle East region under various brands including Anantara, Avani, Tivoli and Oaks brands.

Currently, it has more than 520 hotels in operation across the globe.

Last year, Minor Hotels, together with Seven Tides, announced the launch of a 396-room Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate hotel in Dubai, UAE.
