The refurbishment will be carried out in guest rooms and balconies, as well as lobby areas, restaurants, and bars. Management has engaged Cooper Carry architects, Parker Torres Design, and EDG to oversee the redesign.
This project will see significant changes to the lobby and arrival areas and the creation of new social spaces and landscaping.
A new lobby café and market will offer grab-and-go options while a lobby bar with terrace seating will target both hotel guests and local residents. Floor-to-ceiling glass elements and reimagined dining venues will connect the lobby to its surrounding environment.
Renovations will extend to all 474 guest rooms and suites, which will be redesigned to provide more functional space for leisure and business travellers, as well as families.
A former standalone restaurant will become a multi-use event space designed to host weddings, receptions and executive meetings.
Naples Grande Beach Resort managing director Gary Sims said: “This renovation ushers in a bold new era for Naples’ most iconic resort. We’re reimagining the guest experience from the ground up, honouring the timeless charm and natural beauty of Naples while elevating every detail, from arrival to accommodations, dining and social spaces.
“The new Naples Grande will be a refined yet inviting retreat that feels deeply connected to its coastal surroundings.”
The resort plans to complete the renovation in stages. Plans will work towards offering improved options for leisure travellers, families, group event organisers and local patrons.
