Mobile guest engagement platform GuestDriven has teamed-up with Beacon sensors Estimote to deliver iBeacon technology to the hotel industry throughout North America.

Guests who wish to opt for the Beacon push notifications can access the messages from both iOS and Android devices.

The small, intricately designed sensors, Estimote Beacons can be strategically placed virtually anywhere in a building or the outside grounds.

The beacons broadcast tiny radio signals through that guests can receive various push notifications such as welcoming, promotional and informative messages regarding their hotel stay direct to their mobile phones as they walk through the property.
