In a joint venture with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), Brack Capital Real Estate (BCRE) has launched a new hotel for its Hotel Indigo brand in Lower East Side, New York City, US.
Located at 171 Ludlow Street, the 293-room Hotel Indigo Lower East Side New York is the third New York hotel in the brand’s portfolio.
Featuring an 8,750ft² rooftop bar and restaurant on the 15th floor, the Hotel Indigo is also expected to serve as a platform for Color of Discovery, the brand’s newest campaign.
BCRE CEO Issac Hera said: "Hotel Indigo is a well-respected and sought-after boutique brand, and this flagship property will become the anchor hotel of the neighborhood."
The IHG-managed hotel also features a cafe and bar on the lobby level, which offers seasonal and locally sourced food and drink from purveyors including Liquiteria, Irving Farm and Melt Bakery.
The hotel has a 5,000ft² terrace with a swimming pool, bar, and a variety of seating options. Also situated on the 15th floor, it offers 360° views of Manhattan.
Located on the 25th and 26th floors, the penthouse offers clear views of the New York City skyline.
There is also a 24hr fitness centre and over 600ft² of meeting space, including a private outdoor area for events.
