The property will be developed with an investment of $75m.

The 40-floor Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Montreal Centre-Ville West hotel will comprise 225 guest rooms, including 30 suites.

"IHG’s new property will provide on-site amenities, including free wi-fi, ample meeting space, a fitness centre and swimming pool."

In addition, the hotel will include the Blue Line Bistro-Bar that offers casual dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The property is expected to become operational in the first quarter of 2017.
