
US-based hotel company Omni Hotels & Resorts has appointed Adam Hayashi as its chief revenue officer to lead revenue growth and market expansion.
Reporting directly to Omni’s chief commercial officer Jeff Doane, Hayashi will help the company maximise topline revenue performance and capture better market share.
Doane said: “I’m excited to welcome Adam to the Omni family and look forward to the innovation that he will bring to the team.
“I have had the opportunity to work with Adam in the past and know his breadth of experience will contribute to Omni’s success as we continue to expand our revenue goals and footprint throughout the industry.”
With more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Hayashi is currently serving on the American board of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International, as well as the integrated decisions and systems’ customer advisory board.
Before joining Omni, Hayashi worked for Accor as the global vice president of revenue management, distribution, and BI. He supported over 120 properties within the Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Raffles Hotels & Resorts brands.

During his tenure at Accor, Hayashi spearheaded the creation of a business intelligence solution and developed a strong distribution support team.

Earlier this year, the Ernest N Morial New Orleans Exhibition Hall Authority approved a ground lease agreement for Omni Hotels & Resorts to develop a 1,000-room headquarters hotel.
